What is your background?
My professional experience built a solid foundation to help me represent the best interest of my real estate clients. I’ve worked for a real estate attorney, an appraiser, a large national insurance firm, an international airline (Pan Am), a large commercial developer, a large local commercial lender (National Banker of Commerce), and a local residential builder/remodeler/real estate agent. I’ve been working with my husband, Matt, for over 16 years managing all business functions of his paint contracting company, Larsen Painting Inc.
If you could take a trip anywhere in the world, where would it be?
As a flight attendant for Pan Am, I enjoyed many trips around the U.S. and also to Europe and South America. Australia tops my travel wish list.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
The CEO. My mom teases me that if you need a decision made, ask Sandra, she’ll make it for you. Can you tell I’m an oldest child?
What single event/person/thing has most changed your life?
My kids. Love my babies! (13 and 7) You can’t be selfish and be a parent!
What do you like most about helping people buy and sell a home?
Love giving my folks a big surprise closing gift!
