Buyer Feedback – Step #3
Once listed with BancWise Realty, we know, if priced appropriately, buyers will come. Wouldn’t it be beneficial to know what potential buyers are really thinking about your home? By asking the right questions, our agents are able to collect honest feedback from buyers. This valuable feedback will allow you to make any adjustments, if necessary, to successfully sell your home. It is an opportunity to remove any roadblocks that may be holding a buyer back from making an offer. By removing these roadblocks, ideally, we can feed you back that buyer.
Offer to Closing – Step #4
Negotiating a purchase agreement is perhaps the most complicated and emotional aspect of any real estate transaction.
